United States: 3-14 business days; standard shipping may face delays due to customs processing (especially Hawaii, Alaska, and territories).

Europe: 7-15 business days with local postal services or courier like DHL Express.

Asia (including South Korea): 7-15 business days, depending on courier and customs.

Oceania (Australia/New Zealand): 7-14 business days via express or air freight.

Latin America: 10-20 business days due to longer customs clearance times.

What are the shipping rates and free shipping thresholds?

Rates vary by destination and may change. Free shipping applies for orders over $75 CAD in Canada, $100 USD in the US, $120 USD in Europe and Asia, $130 USD in Oceania, and $140-150 USD in Latin America and other regions.

Do we handle freight forwarding shipments?

No, we do not provide refunds or replacements for shipments made using third-party freight forwarding services.

What types of products can I expect to receive?

You’ll mainly receive a carefully chosen mix of Korean skincare personalized to your needs based on your monthly questionnaire. Occasionally, the box may include makeup, body, and haircare items to enhance your routine. You can expect a total of about 5 products per box—typically 3 full-sized items and 2 mini sizes, though this can vary.

What if I receive the wrong or missing item?

Contact our Customer Support team within 2 weeks of delivery. We will promptly arrange for a replacement of the damaged or missing item.

Can I customize my K To Door box?

Yes and no. We handpick the best products based on your skin. Each month you get 2-3 fixed curated products around a theme plus 2 products you can select yourself, allowing personalization while maintaining a curated experience.

Are the products authentic?

Absolutely! We source directly from reputable Korean brands and distributors, guaranteeing authenticity.

When will I be billed?

Monthly Plan subscribers are billed monthly on their subscription anniversary date. Quarterly Plan subscribers are billed once every three months on their subscription anniversary date.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, you can cancel anytime. Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing cycle.
