Yes. Every brand we carry is sourced directly from Korea. Our team, including our panel of 30+ Korean dermatologists, registered nurses and licensed beauty artists, personally discovers and vets each brand at Korean beauty trade shows. No grey market products, ever.
02Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?
Most of our products are vegan and cruelty-free. We prioritise clean, vegan formulas and carry EWG Green certified products wherever possible. Each product page clearly shows whether it is vegan and cruelty-free, so you can make the right choice for your values.
01What is the K-Beauty Gate Pass?
The Gate Pass is our subscription box service. Our panel of dermatologists, registered nurses and licensed artists curate a box of K-beauty products matched to your skin type and beauty goals. Choose the monthly Citizen plan or the quarterly Visa plan.
02What is the difference between KTD Citizen and KTD Visa?
KTD Citizen is our monthly plan at $68 USD, billed every month, with a box every month. The most flexible option, pause or cancel any time.
KTD Visa is our quarterly plan, billed as a single payment of $172 USD every 3 months, with a box every season. That works out to $57 a month, a saving of $132 over a year.
Citizen boxes hold 5 items. Visa boxes hold 6, including a bonus travel size exclusive to Visa members. Both are matched to your skin quiz and checked against your allergen profile.
03Can I customise what goes in my box?
Yes. After subscribing you will receive a welcome email with a link to your personal Box Builder page. You have a 3-day window to review your curated box and make swaps before it ships. If you make no changes, your expert-curated default box ships automatically.
The Box Builder is launching soon. Early subscribers will be first to get access.
04Can I skip or cancel my subscription?
Yes. Skip a month, pause or cancel any time from your account dashboard, or by emailing info@ktodoor.com. No cancellation fees, no questions asked.

We ship worldwide. Free shipping thresholds may apply during promotions, check at checkout.
02How long does shipping take?
Canada: 1 to 5 business days.
United States: 5 to 10 business days.
UK and Europe: 7 to 14 business days.
Australia and New Zealand: 10 to 16 business days.
Asia (Japan, Korea, Singapore and others): 7 to 14 days.
Rest of world: 10 to 21 business days.
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. You will receive a tracking link by email once your order ships.
03Will I have to pay customs or import fees?
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes on arrival. These charges are set by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient. They are not included in the product price or the shipping cost at checkout.
We recommend checking with your local customs office if you are unsure about potential charges.
04My order has not arrived, what do I do?
Check the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email first. If it shows delivered but you have not received it, check with neighbours or building management and wait 2 extra business days. Carrier scans sometimes arrive ahead of the package.
